Brenda MARIE michelson

Brenda Marie Michelson (née Durmann), was born on August 25, 1969, in Montreal, Québec.  A native of Canada, she studied music at Vanier College and Concordia University before moving to Los Angeles. She discovered her passion for music, gaining inspiration from such pop singers as Olivia Newton-John and Pat Benatar. Her hit "Love Is All Around" was produced by Don Welch (Underground Network) & Byron Burke (Ten City) and signed to a record deal with Prelude Pictures/Prelude Music & FilmWorks (Mark W. Koch, Black Dog, Lost in Space), landing her on the top 20 of the Billboard Charts in 1998. Brenda always had a love for film, music, and the arts.  

Mark Tiger Investment Group, LLC. (Holding Co.), Mark Tiger Publishing Group (Parent Co.), Mashers' Books (Subsidiary), Mashers' Creations & Pure RTZ , in association with Mark Tiger Publishing Group Productions came to life in January 2023, and the creation and illustration of "TEAM SPUDZ" was born. Inspired by her love for hockey and the beautiful state of Idaho, she continues to create these wonderful illustrated fictional characters, introducing children to fun reads written by her son, Mark (Netminder for 16U, CDA Hockey Academy). Together, they have created a wonderful children's book series and hope to entertain all who read their books. 

Brenda resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, along with her son, Mark, and mother, Doreen Durmann (née Henriques). She is the owner of Worldwide Search Consultants, providing recruitment services for the relocation and healthcare sectors, while

continuing her love with the creation of "TEAM SPUDZ," Mashers' Books.
