Yes, all Plush Spudz Buddies are certified in the U.S., Canada, and Internationally.

Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. No returns or refunds on any of our autographed author-signed book copies, spudz buddy plush toys, or our "RootZ: The TB (Twice Baked) Series" hockey trading cards.

Periodically, we will provide a discount or free (U.S. only) shipping to customers who have subscribed to our newsletter, created an online account, or purchased any of our products in the past. To receive a discount or a free (U.S. only) shipping code, please either subscribe to our Newsletter or feel free to make a purchase now so you can receive a discount or a free (U.S. only) shipping code in your online (non-digital) order. We ship our products within the United States and Canada.

We ship directly from our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

We are unable to ship to a PO Box location for any U.S. or Canadian Address.

The cost when shipping to Canada varies and depends on the size and weight of shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered.

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.
